A friend of mine posted this on Facebook. Only in Florida do you find people swimming in a lake with a big sign warning about the dangers of alligators just 10 feet away.
I am not sure if that makes Floridians brave, stupid, illiteriate, or just so darn hot that we will brave any danger for the chance to cool off!

LOL! I guess living near the beaches of Florida it's the same as swimming in the ocean. But they don't have giant signs with sharks on them warning you that you could get bit and or eaten by the many that are in there. LOL! And believe me, I've seen my fair share, enough to not want to swim in it! Just give me a pool and I'll be fine. Ha! Ha!
