Today is a day when we should take time to remember the events of 9/11/01.
It's a day to remember those people who innocently an unknowingly got out of bed and went to work.
They did not know what they would face that day.
They did not know that they would never return home.
It's a day to remember the police officer's and fire fighter's who ran bravely into those buildings.
They went in to save the lives of others, and lost many of their own.
It's a day to remember those who said "oh no you won't!"
They gave their lives to save our Capitol building and everyone inside.
It's a day to remember all of the people who have and still do, serve our country overseas.
It's a day to pray that they stay safe, accomplish their mission, and come home.
It's a day to thank God that nothing that horrible has happened to our country again.
It's a day to pray that nothing like it will ever happen again.
Never Forget.

I can not imagine having my hubby gone to war with my kids so young. Not to mention the post partum depression! WOW!! I don't know how you did it!!
I try to think back to it now and it is hard to remember all of the details. I remember the good stuff with the kids, but have blocked some of the bad. I guess that is all for the best!!!
