Hooray For CJ!

Tonight was game six for the WGLL Royals, and what a game it was! The Royals started off a little bit sluggish but in the bottom of the 1st inning their bats came alive. After the first inning the game was a real back and forth slug fest. Then, in the bottom of the 4th inning CJ got up for his second at bat. CJ got a nice little hit up the first base line. He ran hard, the first baseman bobbled the ball, and CJ was safe at first. His hit brought in the runner that was on 3rd! CJ's first RBI!!! The next batter up got a walk, putting CJ on 2nd base. The next batter got a nice hit, deep into center field, bringing CJ home to score his first REAL run!!! What an exciting night.
